Four people have been arrested for a residential burglary in Fayetteville and more charges may be forthcoming.
On Wednesday, the Fayetteville Police Department received a 911 call about a possible burglary at a home on Keaton Drive. The investigating officers found that someone had attempted to enter the home through a window. Neighbors were able to provide a description of the vehicle, and Fayetteville Police stopped a car matching that description in the area. Four males--three adults and a juvenile--were inside. A stolen gun from Henry County was also inside the car.
Quinton Deanthony Jackson, 27, of Atlanta, and Jermist D'jon Russell, 22, of Ellenwood were charged with criminal attempted burglary and theft by receiving stolen property, as was a 15-year-old juvenile from Fayetteville. Jewel Francis Hatch, 21, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was charged with criminal attempted burglary, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools.
Fayetteville Police said more charges may be pending.
